Hey, so nice and warm, nice, sunny, cold Sunday. So what do you do on a Sunday which helps you to grow your coaching business? Like how does it work? Well, the sun is only for one thing, is for you to clear your messes, close your open cycles. What does it mean that during the week you've said you've said maybe you start on Monday when you plan what you want to get for the week.

Don't you start with full enthusiasm. You start getting your job done. And then there are other tasks which pile up, which are the important things which come because that's part of running a business. You do things and then there'll be other things. It's coming from someone important and urgent. You quickly handle some. You just can't keep putting them into a backlog. And our Sundays are for that backlog. Some days you're going to look into those backlog and pick up, which is most important and priority and get rid of them.

So messes are anything which you have not. It's just messes like fundamentally office mess, a physical mess, which is like dirty work, which is garbage, which items that you don't need anymore, get rid of them. That's a physical mess. A spiritual mess is something you wanted to say and you're not saying it something of a fight, an argument. You want to resolve a relationship, you want to resolve a dispute. You want to go and take, you want to just spend some quality time just, you know, telling sorry or forgiving someone or anything like that, which releases a spiritual message, cleans a spiritual mess.

That's another type of mess for Sundays and a digital mess. Our e-mails, photos on your phone during the week. It's easy to take ten million photos on your phone, but it's time to delete and, you know, get rid of the duplicates, get her off the blurry ones, get rid of the photos you don't need anymore and organize them. And that's those are the three types of messes you need to look for. And open cycles, open cycles are anything you started and not finished.

And that's how simple it is. If you started to write your grocery list and you haven't finished, go back, attend to that. So any open second, you started to write a sales copy and you haven't finished it. You started to read an email and you haven't finished it. You start to write an email and you haven't finished it. So anything and you started and not finished is an open cycle and Sundays are best for that. Now, the best way to have to is if you come to a Sunday and if you like and you want to think of what open I to finish, then the whole Sunday will be spent on you coming up with open cycles and messers.

So the best way to handle that is have a piece of paper in a notebook or just mark that on top of that right. That Messers and open cycles. And every time you have a project and you haven't been able to finish, are you thinking of a project which you have started long back and you it's been bothering you and you haven't started or even looked into it then not so you started and you haven't completed it. Then write it down in that piece of paper headlined Messers and Open Cycles and keep adding everything into that list.

Oh, I need to clean my garage or I need to empty. I need to go through my book, which I haven't finished and I need to go to my drawer. There's so much of unnecessary stuff you could write, write them all down and then when sun comes, just open that shit that's open that sheet and go through that list and then just pick one, pick one and start finishing, start picking them off and you will start to notice you will get more energy and more energy, more focus, because when when your clients meeting are happening, when you will be more willing to go out and take on more clients, because now you have no open cycles and messes, there's nothing holding you back.

There's nothing taking your attention, because if you have open cycles, you are always thinking about them or haven't finished this or I need to cater to oh, I have to send this email to this person. Oh, I forgot to write on the design. See, all of this is in your head and it keeps your head occupied when it's on a piece of paper, you know, it's going to be handled every Sunday. So you're going to be free.

You will have the creativity, the energy to focus on what's important in business and what's important. Business is closing. Client is getting clients. When you have a program which is so powerful, it is so life changing, you all have to go there and be always marketing and selling. And that's what you spend time on. And that's what you need to do as a coach 90 percent of the time on weekdays, only to be marketing your message, sharing your message, selling, sharing, marketing and selling, communicating your idea and closing your radio, communicating your idea and closing your radio.
