Hey, this is Chinmai Swamy, welcome to another episode of Daily Dynamo. Yes, in this episode, we're talking about the one key task, one task you need to do a job and in fact, your clients expect you to do. They're paying you money for you to do. They're actually searching for you so that they can give you money. And when you do this job, you will get it.
You will get more clients.
What is this job?
Your only job is you know, you have to get more sales, marketing to run your business and you have your own solution.
You want to help your clients.
But let's say you're an artist, you're a great trainer.
You are a plumber.
You have some skills, some expert.
You are a consultant in something.
You're a coach in something.
You want to help someone, your client with some to get them from A to B, right. You want to get them from a position of pain, position of problem, a position of where they don't have hope into a position where they have hope, they have solution and they are stress free.
That's what you want to get them. So you have your own process of doing it, the one job you do and you're already doing it. I'm just telling you that in case you're not doing it and you need to do it because you get more clients is take all the complicated tasks you're doing, all the complicated systems where you're doing 10 things or 20 things to get one result.
Simplify it, because everything what you simplify, you get to do it more times. Because of the one thing, key ingredient for consistency is simplicity. So you're taking complex steps and you're simplifying it so that you can repeat it every day.
So if you're a weight loss coach or a life coach or a business coach, you've taken things which are complex and you simplified it and you've applied it in your own life and you've got the results you want. And your client are looking at you and telling, wow, look at this person, look at this coach.
How can you help me get the same results? Yes.
You have got those results by simplifying what was a complex process into a simplified, easy to apply, step by step, easy to take action.
That's what you have done. You've taken complex and converted them into simple actions. That's why your clients pay you money and the clients expect you to pay your money. And your job is to take anything, anything complex and simplify it.
How do you identify things which are complex?
Anything which you're hesitating to do is complex. Anything which you get excited in the beginning and then you let go and not even look at it is complex jobs. So take a look at those tasks, simplify it, chop at it, break it down into smaller pieces, simplify it in your own way. Simplifying as there is no rule for simplicity.
The only thing you will know that you have simplified a complex task or a process or a action is that you will find it easier to do it. That's the only way you know you have made it simple. If it's complex, you will procrastinate to do the job you will.
You can get excited about it. You will get fully interested, but then the enthusiasm will immediately go down and you won't even look at it.
Those are the symptoms of a complex job.
So take a look in your life, in your business and anything which is complex, anything which you're hesitating to take action, attack them, attack the job, take a look at it, break it down into smaller modules, into simple tasks and simplified many simplified. You take action. When you take action, you get changes, you get the results and your clients are out there. They will look at you and say, wow, I want that for my life.
How did you do it?
Well, here's my simple task. And that's how you get coaching clients. That's how you get more products. And every time you make convert the complex situation into a simple situation, you are making money.
You are printing money.
That's all your job is.
So there you go.
