Hey, this is Chinmai Swamy, welcome to another episode of Daily Dynamo, in this episode I'm talking about, how do you manage?

You're so focused on building your business. You want to create the online course, you want to do the videos. You want to sit down there, build your funnels to the Facebook. And do you have so many things to do when you complete one?

There's something else to do. You're doing that at the same time. You have your family, you have your friends.

How do you keep in touch with them? How do you manage that?

How do you by just seeing how I would get to that, it's important to know why it's important for you to have that part of your relationship as well.

You see, I wasted years before when I was just sitting at home saying I need to work on my business. I need to fix this website, I need to fix. And I didn't get that much success. I didn't really I was just thinking back of those years.

All I remember is me sitting on my desk trying, pretending to be busy, just working, focusing on just doing after book after book after book. I have to complete this. Just going on one, not really enjoying life.

When I look at it, I know for a fact 80 to 90 percent of those tasks were useless, was not adding value to my business. But somehow in my mind, I'm sure you can connect is that I thought I need to be sitting in front of the desk working, working, working, working.

Because if someone if I sit here magically, I would work and I would start laying golden eggs. So I was sitting here and just working. Yes. And I could and I thinking back, I can connect that. I wish I could spend more time and had more loving social life.

Why is it important?

So when I was doing these videos, when you're doing an online course and doing a business, yes, you need to be stiff. You need to focus and complete the action so that you don't leave it halfway, halfway. And sometimes you can do it.

Sometimes some tasks are so simple that you can finish it in half an hour, finished in the same day, or finished a couple of hours. But some tasks, some projects are long that you have to work on them over a period of a few weeks, sometimes months to accomplish it the way you want it to and the way to get it done.

How do you handle that?

Because then you can't say that for the next two weeks I'm going to sit here and work, work, work, work, work. It doesn't work.

So how do you do that?

Why you should have a balance like why you should be open to sharing your time with family and friends and other and your body focus on your body going for a run?

Why is it important?

Because once you know the way, you will find it.

OK now.

I'll tell you this, when you're driving a car, do you get disturbed if someone talks to you, if someone asks you a direction, or someone who has a conversation with you?

Do you get disturbed? You get angry?

Do you feel like you can drive?

No, right, you're comfortable with driving you're casual, you're so confident you're certain, you're a safe driver, you can drive so you can have a conversation and you know, you're staying on the phone, you're driving and having a conversation with your fellow passengers and so you're fine.

But when you're doing your business, when you're working on your finals, building a sales copy, doing videos or creating writing your book or designing your next program, if someone disturbs you and you can handle it, like if you can't stop, go handle and come back and restart your job, then you're not really good at what you're doing.

Do you understand if you can handle a small interruption from your partner, from your wife, from your husband, and you can't handle a small talk from your child, from your parents or from your friends?

A small interruption.

You can handle that means you need to improve it, what you're doing, you can't. Even if I'm the man and I'm making these videos, if I'm interrupted, I'm OK to pause on if I can pause and OK to redo the video, because I'm confident with this video, I can make another video. I can make another take of this video. Only if I get disturbed.

It's OK.

Because I have confidence in my own ability to make things right, so next time when because I am strengthening my confidence, because every time I go off track, I pull it back, my confidence gets increased because I know I can get it right.

So if you get disturbed, it's OK. Handle the disturbance interruption, come back and get back on the task you're doing and finish it with the same enthusiasm. And when you do that, you are increasing your confidence.

You're boosting your ability.

You can get things done because, well, there is another way how you can avoid interruptions and make that episode on that. And for now, all you have to know is that it's important to increase your confidence in your ability to get back in line, to get back control when you lose it, because life is not about just putting your head down and leave and just just working on your business because the life will pass by.

You have to spend time with your family.

You have to enjoy the moments,

the creation you're doing, enjoy the profits, enjoy the the lifestyle you are building your business towards. If you have a life, if you have a dream of building a business to have a lifestyle, you need to have one now, so that you can actually enjoy it when you grow it.

So make time. You're always good at what you do. Increase your confidence.
