How do you plan your day? What is the best way to get the head start of your day so you can get it back in control and so that you're always on top of it? How do you do that?

Hey, welcome to another exciting episode of Daily Dynamo, this is Chinmai Swamy, your host and this episode about how you plan your day. How do you plan your day? Well, the three things, three steps and you do that any day is under your control. Any day you have your worst days will be under your control.

OK, step number one, it's always the night before. Always the night before. Sit down the night before you go to bed. You just have to get on your planner and you write down what you want to achieve.

That's it.

What are the things you want to do for the next day?

What is it?

Because at the end of the night, what do you do?

That is the end of the night. You've already gone through all the tasks you and you plan, your intentions, your goals. You've already gone to the end of the night. Everything is fresh in your mind and you're thinking, well, what's more important, what's not?

You're in a better your you've already finished today and you're you're going to bed with what you could have done, what he should have done, what you shouldn't have done. So all of that going to bed is not good. You don't get a good night's sleep with those many running thoughts. Best thing is to get out of your mind and put it in the diary.

And the best way to do that is to plan your next day. So you write down all the things you should do, what's more important, and you look at your goals and you do that. So that's the one plan the night before.

How do you plan?

I already covered it better. A bit of it.

And how do you cover?

One key thing is why is your writing not planning the night before is you need to read your goals, their goals for the month, the goals you have set for the month.

You need to read them so you're aware. So you're on top of these goals. So it gives you clarity. So it gives you, yeah, I'm doing the right thing. Or sometimes you it's easy to forget no life gets in the way and you might just forget to think about a goal and you just forget about it.

And then at the end of the month you're like, oh my God, I couldn't do anything. You don't want that to be in that position. So every night when you're reading those goals, just skimming them, you just understand them.

Why is that important right now?

Sometimes a goal which is important at the first of the month may not be important on 7th or on 15th.

So you might say not that's not important.

You might add a new goal or replace it or not. Just edit a little bit. So it's important to read your goals and reach your goals the night before that step number two. Step number three is when you wake up in the morning, the day that you want to get back in control or start the day, have a head start as read a book not to read the whole book, you just have to read a couple of pages.

And when you add one more one more extra idea, one more new idea, one more new strategy to your mind, you just open up your mind.

You open up the possibilities of how you can change because you just changed one line, 0.001% by reading one slight, tiny new idea. And that gives you a sense of, yeah, I can change something about my life.

I can change a new idea. I can change I can get back control of my business. I can create new products. I can fix my body. I can work out. I can fix my health. So you get all of this new inspiration by just taking one new idea. And you do that every day and you will see how you get more days under control.

And the more days you get under control, you achieve your goals and the more goals you achieve, the happier you become. That's the Daily Dynamo for you today. Thanks for listening.
