In this episode, I'm talking about a single fear, the biggest fear that you have, which is holding you back from starting your own online business, your own to sell your products online, your coaching products online. This is the biggest fear. And once you know it, you can easily handle it.

Hey, this is Chinmai Swamy, welcome to another episode of Daily Dynamo in this episode, I'm talking about the one fear which is holding you back, from selling your coaching online to becoming a virtual coach or even selling your online course or anything to do online.

But you know what?

This may also be affecting your physical business as well. Here's the thing. I didn't know this fear existed in me until I met Ryan Dyce. Ryan Dyce is a co-founder of digital marketer, and I met him in London about five, six years ago. And while having a chat with him, I was talking about my plans to launch an academy then called a brand marketing academy, and I was sharing my plans with him.

And he just said it is an amazing idea as long as you do this.

I was like, wow, what is that? So he said this. What he said is it's OK to create your product. Your product is amazing. The only thing which will hold you back, Chinmai, is that if you're not willing to refund. I'm like, wow, OK, I didn't think of that.

He said most entrepreneurs are scared to refund and that's why they don't go on business. I'm like, OK, but I'm in the coaching business.

How does that affect you? Like as a coach?

Refund of what? When you buy stuff on Amazon, refund that.. That's not the issue. Coaching like, for example, when you say to you're going to coach your client, help them overcome a problem, and they pay you $1000 or $2000 for your coaching program and they ask you for your refund. Are you willing to say, OK, here's your refund?

Are you willing to have that courage, that guarantee that you will bring results or you're going to be OK to give them refund results or refund money? When I was ready to have that level of certainty in my business, the fear of failure and fear of success, all of that just wiped away. All of that was not a real fear for me.

The real fear was "Am I okay to refund?".

I didn't know that until I heard about that fear. And ever since then, every product, every coaching product I offer, like my 1K Sprint, which is a one year coaching program which teaches you how to design and sell your first 1K offer coaching offer.

My clients have this guarantee that they either sell at their $1000 offer or they get the money back. And I stand by that guarantee and I know I can deliver that because they all get results.

So if you're holding yourself back from starting your own coaching business, virtual coaching business where you can sell an online coaching program or an online course, a module or anything on the information, your trading knowledge within you to outside, if you have that and something is holding you back, this is the fear.

Be willing to accept your refund and give your client the money back if they're not happy with your results, that's all. That's it. If you have promised the exact results and have done the research and done the action and they're still not getting it and not matched?

Yes. Give them money back because it's because the effort for you to convince them, make them understand the legal battle or even the argument over that, is too much.

Just give their money back and go on to the next client.

That's much better.

I've done that with so many of my clients because I'm not them.

They just like my sales pitch. They jump.

They don't get the results there. I'm not there.

I'm not their coach.

They realize that within the first few days of joining and they say hey, I like your program, but I don't think you and I are the right fit. Can I get my money back? I said, yeah, absolutely.

If you have sent them a physical product or anything, Let them keep it, it's OK, I just give that physical product for free. Of course, you can see a trend in people who are trying to scam you. But, genuinely you will see people who are at work, who have used your product in the first 10, 15 days.

And they have said I can't really. I don't think I have the time. This is not the right time for me. I work.

I'm not getting the results.

Whatever the reasons, I handle them. You went after that. Your client is not comfortable with this product.

Give their money back more to the next day. If you can handle this, you are an amazing success. You can just be relaxed and you will know you'll be able to now attract success and wealth.
