Hello. I want to tell you that I know the approach of setting a goal like I want to get 20 clients. I want to earn 10,000 dollars a month. I want to build a seven figure business in one year. I want to build a six figure business in a year. And you've been chasing that goal for a few months.

For years, maybe. But it's not happened because there's one reason, because life is a gradient. Everything happens at a gradient. If it's too steep You don't get to achieve them. If it's too shallow, if it's too low gradient, then it's not motivating you enough.

So it's at the right gradient.

That's when you push yourself out of your comfort zone and you achieve. But how do you set that? How do you know what is a high gradient and what's a narrow gradient? A shallow gradient? How do you know that?

Well, there's a system which I developed which I use it for my goals and I want to share that with you. I'll tell you about the system in the end. But I want to explain you. So let's take you want to set goals like you want to earn, you want to get 20 clients this month and you've never got 20 clients before.

And you want to aim for 20 clients? Okay, that's good.

That's fine.

So what I would ask you to, is set a gradient. First gradient is a opening shot, like what's the opening shot you are comfortable to get if you are able to get one client, one client only, then that's your opening shot.

OK, then your main target is something which, you know, you feel comfortable to get like, you know, you want to get that without which it's going to be... It's a must have goal, main target. And that's like maybe five clients or six clients. OK, so that's one.

And next is a gigantic goal, like something which you have never achieved before. And it'll be a life changing goal. A moment, a milestone moment where once you get it, the whole business changes and you're like, oh, wow, that's a gigantic goal and that's a system. OMG, oh my God, that's true.

So next time you look at a goal and you're like, oh my God, how am I going to achieve it? You have the answer in that sentence.

OMG, break down the goal. O is opening shot. How are you going to get started?

What's your first target? Opening shot.

Next is your main target.

What are you going to aim for? Your must have goal regardless of anything? You're going to get that. Your must have goals. Don't keep your must have goals too high. That doesn't work. Your main target should be just closer to the opening shot.

Okay. So that, you know, it's a gradient. Remember, if it's too steep. It's not going to work. And the way you measure that is take a look at the end of the month and see how many times have you missed the main target?

If you've missed your main target all the time, then and and you've hit your opening shot, then the main target and opening shot is too steep. So fix that.

So that's your main target. And the gigantic target is always you have no idea how to achieve it, but that's like it's going to keep you on the toes. It's a huge, gigantic target. So that's your answer. Set goals in this gradient and you will be in charge and you'll be able to see soon that you will get mastery of your goals. You will start getting your goals done.

And that's the OMG.
