Hello. This is Chinmai Swamy, your host, in Daily Dynamo. How do you remain profitable if the strategy, the foundation of you becoming stronger is by sharing more? If we have to give more, if you have to share more, it's good for you.

How do you apply that into your business? It's a simple strategy. The you are a coach and you have a particular solution. You want to help your client go from A to B, right. You're helping them go from problem to a solution.

And that's what you have. You have your own solution on how to get there. That solution is very dear to you. It is your intellectual property. You feel it's very, very, very, very important to protect. Well, it may be. I'm sure it is very, very important for you as I feel to me.

But that doesn't help you. Then what?

And what will you help? What will you give away for free? Here's the thing. Every solution you have created can be broken down into five ways. Broken down as in it can be converted into five different types of products.

One is information. Information is you can create a solution into an information. The purpose of information is to make your clients aware of the problem, aware of the solution. When you make them aware, that itself will empower them to be in control of their life. So the purpose is to give away information so that information is always for free. Information is always free.

Next is instruction. How do you apply the information? What are the steps? What are the strategies? What are the tactics? What are the systems? What are the tools you used to apply the information? That's the instruction. That's where you charge a little bit more. That's never free. Or you can do it. But that's the thing which you charge.

After instruction is inspiration. It Is where you give motivation. You hold your clients accountable. You are inspiring them to take action because information is always free. Everybody knows how to get rich, but still, It's challenging to get rich because they need instructions, they need inspiration. They need accountability. They need someone to motivate. And that's where you charge more.

After that is implementation. Implementation is you're going to do the work for them. You've got to help them. It's a done for you or a done with you service. So that's implementation.

The next one is individual It's one on one coaching, help. So that's obviously high end and if one on one is high end and implementation is also high end product. So you know,that you can categorize, you can create products into these five types.

When you do that, you will always give away for free. What it means is, your information. Your solution is when you give away information, the more you give your information, the better it is. So give me your information. You're not giving away your instruction. You're not telling them. You're not helping them to implement. You're not helping them. You're not giving them one. You're not giving one to one attention. You're not inspiring them.

You're not giving them time and you're not giving any of those extra values. You're just giving away information. You're sharing your answers and sharing your solution. You're giving away your prized possession for free.

OK, because they will always love you for that, because when you help them for free, then what else can you do? And people will always need help in taking action. Action is always the key thing, because if everyone knew, everyone knows how to get rich, how to get healthy, and how to have a fit body. And everyone struggles because YouTube has so much of information.

And still coaching industry is a multi billion dollar industry because there's always people will always need help because that's how you get to sell your advice. So now we know, the more you give and how you can remain profitable.
